Prerequisites
This action requires PagerDuty AI and the Scribe Agent to be enabled, plus the Zoom | PagerDuty integration for Zoom meetings, or the Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty integration for Microsoft Teams meetings.
**Note: ** For Microsoft Teams meetings, the Scribe Agent can only be automatically added to meetings created through the Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty integration.
- If you have not done so already, please follow our instructions to Create an Incident Workflow.
- When you are prompted to add actions, select this action.
- Continue following instructions to Publish the Workflow. When the action runs, you will see the Outputs listed below.
