> **Prerequisites:** This action requires [PagerDuty AI](/ai-automation/advance) and the [Scribe Agent](/ai-automation/advance/scribe-agent) to be enabled, plus the [Zoom | PagerDuty](/integrations/zoom-integration-guide) integration for Zoom meetings, or the [Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty](/integrations/microsoft-teams) integration for Microsoft Teams meetings.

> **Note: ** For Microsoft Teams meetings, the Scribe Agent can only be automatically added to meetings created through the Microsoft Teams | PagerDuty integration.

1. If you have not done so already, please follow our instructions to [Create an Incident Workflow](/ai-automation/automation/incident-workflows#create-an-incident-workflow).  
2. When you are prompted to [add actions](/ai-automation/automation/incident-workflows#add-actions), select **this action**.  
3. Continue following instructions to **Publish** the Workflow. When the action runs, you will see the **Outputs** listed below.
