FAQ on PagerDuty's use of Sisense, the vendor's 2024 data compromise, the credential resets taken in response, and third-party risk.
PagerDuty was made aware in April 2024 of a data compromise that occurred at one of our vendors, Sisense. We take the security and integrity of your data seriously. PagerDuty is actively monitoring the situation and working to take appropriate measures to mitigate any potential risks to your organization, even while our vendor is still investigating the specifics of the incident. Below is an initial update on actions taken based on the information known to PagerDuty at this time.
