Supported Countries

In some countries, message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and your replies to these messages.

A country marked with an asterisk (*) has Partial Support: the ability to receive and/or respond to notifications may be limited. PagerDuty sends notification requests to its provider partners in these countries, however local SMS carrier restrictions and/or government regulation may limit delivery. In these regions, PagerDuty strongly recommends removing URLs from all user-generated content, reviewing content for sensitive categories, and setting up push notifications as your primary notification method. Countries with no asterisk have full support.

Taking action on an incident by responding to a phone notification is supported in all countries listed below. However, note the countries listed as "Partial Support" via the * designator, as responding to notifications via phone may not be as reliable there.

A country marked with an asterisk (*) has Partial Support: the ability to receive and/or respond to notifications may be limited due to local regulations and restrictions. In these regions, PagerDuty strongly recommends setting up push notifications as your primary notification method. Countries with no asterisk have full support.

A double asterisk (**) indicates that, due to local regulations, voice calls are anonymized. Do not rely on caller ID to display "PagerDuty," even after downloading the vCard. This currently applies to Germany.

The countries below have restrictions on test notifications to mitigate fraud and abuse. A country marked with an asterisk (*) has a Partial Restriction: the restriction applies only to SMS test notifications. Countries with no asterisk have the restriction applied to both SMS and phone test notifications.
