Get a Post-Incident Review
Get the Post-Incident Review for the specified Incident.
A Post-Incident Review is a structured, post-resolution record of what happened during an Incident. Each Incident has at most one Post-Incident Review.
Returns 404 if the Incident has no Post-Incident Review, or if the caller cannot see it.
Scoped OAuth requires: incident_reviews.read
