# Use Mobile Schedules

Review schedules and manage overrides in the mobile app

The PagerDuty mobile app is designed with the responder experience in mind. You can easily access schedules, create overrides, and view previous and future on-call shifts.

> **Edit Schedules:** If you would like to make structural changes to your schedules, such as adding or removing users from the rotation or adjusting shift lengths, you can do that in the web app. Refer to [Edit Schedules](/incident-management/schedules/edit-schedules) for more information.

## View Schedules

To browse schedules in the mobile app, navigate to **More**  →  **Schedules**. The mobile app presents two tabs: **My Teams** to view schedules associated with your [Teams](/account-admin/teams), and **All** to view all schedules in your organization account.

Select a schedule from the list to see its detailed view. A two-week calendar view displays at the top. Select a specific day or scroll through the timeline to find a particular shift. The duration of a shift displays for each entry, even if the shift spans multiple days.

Regular shifts show the schedule color of the user in a solid color.

Overridden shifts display a horizontally striped color.

Gaps in schedules appear as **No One On Call**.

You can also view future or past shifts and overrides by swiping or scrolling the calendar and selecting a date. To return to today, click the **Calendar** icon in the top-right corner.

> **My On-Call Shifts:** If you are active on multiple schedules and would like to see all of your on-call shifts in one place, you can do so in the mobile app by selecting **My Shifts** in the bottom navigation.

### Search Schedules

1. Navigate to **More**  →  **Schedules**.
2. Click the **Search**  icon and enter a search term.

3. Select a schedule from the list of results.

## Overrides

There are two ways to set the duration of an override:

### Enter Start and End Times

**How do I enter start and end times on iOS?**

1. [Navigate to your preferred schedule](#view-schedules) and select the shift you would like to override.
2. If needed, click **Starts** and **Ends** to modify the override length. It defaults to the remainder of the shift duration.
3. Click **Override** in the top-right corner.

**How do I enter start and end times on Android?**

1. [Navigate to your preferred schedule](#view-schedules) and select the shift you would like to override.
2. If needed, to the right of the **Calendar**  icon, click the first date and time to modify the start time, and click the second date and time to modify the end time. It defaults to the remainder of the shift duration.
3. Click **Override** in the top-right corner.

### Select a Duration

**How do I select a duration on iOS?**

You can also modify the duration of an override using a pre-populated option (for example, **Until the rotation ends**).

1. [Navigate to your preferred schedule](#view-schedules) and select the shift you would like to override.
2. Click **Duration**.

3. Select one of the pre-defined options for **Override Length**:
   - **One hour**
   - **Six hours**
   - **12 hours**
   - **24 hours**
   - **Until the rotation ends**
4. Click **Override**.

**How do I select a duration on Android?**

2. Click the time duration next to the **Clock**  icon.

   - **12 hours**

4. Click **Override**.

### Delete an Override

You can delete an override in the mobile app:

1. [Navigate to your preferred schedule](#view-schedules) and select the overridden shift.
2. In the **Shift Already Overridden** dialog, select **Delete Override**.
