# Accept a recommended rule

`POST https://api.pagerduty.com/recommendations/event_orchestrations/services/{service_id}/rules/{recommendation_id}/accept`

Accept a recommended rule and apply it to the service's Event Orchestration.

Scoped OAuth requires: `recommendations.write`

## Authorization

- **api_key** (apiKey) — `Authorization` header. The API Key with format `Token token=<API_KEY>`

## Path parameters
