## What PD Labs Is

PD Labs is PagerDuty's experimental incubation platform. PagerDuty uses PD Labs to test early-stage features with real accounts before deciding whether a feature is ready to move to early access or general availability.

PD Labs uses your subdomain data to run experiments with PagerDuty's tools, including Paige, PagerDuty's SRE Agent, and PagerDuty AI.

## What PD Labs Does

Through PD Labs, you can:

- Try an in-progress feature, such as Workbench, as part of your actual workflow rather than a sandboxed demo.
- Help PagerDuty learn whether a feature is ready to graduate, since PD Labs is how PagerDuty tests early-stage features with real accounts.
- Get access on any PagerDuty account, including a trial account, without waiting for a broader early access or general availability release.
