# AI Orchestrations

Create Orchestration rules with AI

AI orchestrations automatically analyze historical events and incidents and surface recommended rules that reduce noise, improve MTTR, and accelerate automation setup. You can review the expected impact, understand why a recommendation was made, and apply the recommendation.

> **Availability:** This feature is only available for AIOps customers, or as Signal Intelligence for PD Reliability Platform customers. Contact your Customer Success Manager or your Account Manager to have it enabled.

## Access AI Recommendations

You can access AI recommendations in two ways:

- In **Event Orchestration**, click the **AI Recommendations** tab on the landing page to view a global list of recommendations across all services.
- Open the **AI Recommendation** panel from the **Orchestration** page by clicking the **Recommendation** button at the bottom of the screen.

## AI Recommendations Table

The **AI Recommendations** table provides a high-level view of all suggestions. The table contains the following columns:

| Column                    | Description                                                                                               |
| :------------------------ | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Service Orchestration** | The name of the relevant service orchestration.                                                           |
| **AI Recommendation**     | A concise AI-generated summary of the proposed rule or a generic summary that does not leverage AI.       |
| **Tags**                  | The type of action the rule applies.                                                                      |
| **Impact**                | The estimated impact of applying the rule based on historical events and incidents over the past 90 days. |
| **Success Rate**          | How accurately the rule performed on events in the past 90 days.                                          |
| **Date**                  | When the recommendation was generated.                                                                    |
| **Review**                | Opens the recommendation in the related service for detailed review before applying.                      |

> **Note:** AI-generated content can contain errors. Always review the summary for accuracy, staleness, and appropriateness before relying on it.

## AI Orchestration Segment

- AI orchestration rules are evaluated in a dedicated segment after all manual global orchestration and service orchestration rules.
- Each AI orchestration rule is evaluated regardless of order within the segment.
- You can add rules from the **AI Recommendation** panel, and disable or delete them at any time.

## AI Recommendation Panel

- Clicking the **Recommendation** button at the bottom of an orchestration opens the AI orchestration segment and displays the **AI Recommendation** panel.
- The panel lists recommendation cards that summarize the same details shown in the **AI Recommendations** table to quickly assess priority and relevance.

## Apply or Dismiss Recommendations

1. Click **Review** on a recommendation card to open the rule modal.
2. Review the recommended condition and click **Next**.
3. Review the proposed action and click **Save** to apply the rule. You can adjust conditions and actions to fit your use case.
   
> **Note:** Excessive changes can reduce the effectiveness of the rule. After you save, the rule becomes active and appears in the AI orchestration segment.

4. To decline a recommendation, click **Dismiss**. To improve future recommendations, rate the recommendation as either **Good Recommendation** or **Bad Recommendation**.
